What are the digital products we work on?
At ZTech we get to work on all of the digital products in each company within Ziegert Group.
Here are a few examples.
Ziegert Everstate helps private purchasers find their ideal apartment to buy from the large selection of apartments listed on the EverEstate portal. We have developed the catalogue from scratch, and are working on several new features such as property matching, self-qualification, and a customisable digital exposé builder.
Our flagship product is a property management tool that allows property developers to steer their marketing and sales to one central place.
Metatrust helps institutional investors to purchase real estate either as a single building or a combination of multiple buildings using their digital transaction platform. This platform, which was built completely in-house, includes a document and transcript collaboration feature to improve negotiations, a customisable interactive digital exposé, and even allows the investors to participate in an electronic bidding process directly on the platform.
There are also some exciting innovative ideas coming up in the field of machine learning and natural language processing.
Incept is our property development company. Together we have built a webapp that tracks plots of land and buildings for potential purchase and redevelopment. This tool allows us to plan all possible financial scenarios to predict investment returns; to seamlessly collaborate with external partners on projects, and soon we will develop the tool to track our portfolio risk and performance.
After successful submission of the application, we immediately send a confirmation of receipt. Our claim is that every applicant can expect initial feedback from us within two weeks.
Our Recruitment Team will contact you if you meet the criteria of the job description you have expressed interest in. The team will then typically organise a technical-orientated interview to test if you match our expectations and for you to test if we meet yours! If successful, this will usually be followed up by 2 or 3 short back-to-back Meet The Team sessions, where you’ll have the chance to meet a handful of your potential colleagues to see if there is a good cultural fit. Finally, there will be a HR interview to neatly wrap things up! All interviews and sessions can be held at one of our offices or online using Microsoft Teams, for example.
